Bueno aki una breve descripcion de los errores ke produce esta caja y sus soluciones dadas por ELCO:

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x01) = Smartcard is not detected by windows.
Solutions:
1.Check if smartcard drivers are correctly installed. A new version of smartcard drivers can be found HERE
2.Check if the card is correctly connected into the card reader inside the box.

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x02) = corrupted card
NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x03) = corrupted card
Solution:
Can be repaired by using this software

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x04) = damaged card
Solution:
Send the card back to reseller or distribuitor www.unlockcellular.com for replacement

NsPro box /port not found...
Solution:
Install the drivers from Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver folder from your PC

Runtime error
Solution:
Reinstall last software version and confirm all installation steps.
If problem persist, go to Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver folder and import "Exception.reg" file into windows Regedit tool

Connection Establishing failed 100xx
Solution:
Make sure that you use last NsPro version from www.nsteam.org
Allow from firewall to NsPro to connect to internet (server) for updating the card.
Or simply disable windows firewall from control panel.You can reactivate firewall after update was completed.


Update not allowed on NsMultiUnlock = you have not buyed NsMultiUnlock activation.
After you buy activation and reseller will activate your card ID on server, you will be able to run the software.

"USB Power Exceed" message on windows when you connect Zxxx phone to NsPro
Solution:
Build and use NsPro Zxxx cable adapter. You can find adapter schematic on NsPro support area.

"Device not found!"
or
Failed to initiate NsPro Box device!
Please update NsPro drivers!

The NsPro drivers are not correctly installed.

Solution:
1.Uninstall older nspro version
2.Delete nspro folder from program files
3.Uninstall nspro box drivers from PC Device manager
4.Download and install last nspro version from www.nsteam.org
5.Reconnect nspro box to PC USB port and install the drivers manualy acording to this tutorial:
www.nsteam.org/drivertutorial.htm
NsPro drivers can be found on NsPro Driver folder on your PC.

"Invalid parameters were submitted"

Solution:
Go to Windows device manager and set NsPro Port on Com port lower than COM20.
If you get this error wile trying to flash Agere phone using USB flashing mode,
go to Windows Device Manager and set the port emulated by phone
"Samsung Mobile USB Port" on Com port lower than COM50.
